About the League of Cincinnati Theatres
The League of Cincinnati Theatres was founded in 1999 to strengthen, nurture and promote Cincinnati's theatre community. LCT provides its members companies and individual members with education, resources and services to enhance the quality and exposure of the theatre community in Cincinnati and help increase community awareness, attendance and involvement, with the goal of increasing the quality and frequency of theatre activity in Cincinnati. LCT is dedicated to the education of the public to an expanded knowledge and awareness of the performing arts and perception of the arts as a vital part of community life.

Jim Stump
President
A native of Cincinnati, Jim is the President of the League of Cincinnati Theatres and bases his vision for LCT on his passion for theatre and strong belief in the power of community. We should not just be a community, we should be part of the community as well. Jim has a B.A. in Theatre from Indiana University and is a graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. His performance resume includes credits from around the U.S. and Canada as well as an extensive list of local performances.

Ted Weil
Vice President
Ted Weil is one of the founders of Falcon Theatre and currently serves as the Artistic Director for that company. A Cincinnati native, he started acting at the ripe old age of 7 and graduated from the theater program at Northern Kentucky University in 1990. Since then Ted has been extremely active as an actor, director and designer throughout the city. As Artistic Director of Falcon, Ted has directed dozens of productions, including many area premieres, and this fall will direct the epic drama, Angels In America: Millennium Approaches. Ted is glad to be able to extend Falcon's support of LCT by serving on the board this year.

Sarah Fallon
Treasurer
Sarah Fallon is a 2003 graduate of Xavier University, where she got her BA in Organizational Communications. She worked as a carpenter for the Xavier Players all four years of her college career, serving as Shop Foreman her senior year. At Xavier, Sarah received the Technical Excellence Award, the Otto Kvapil Award for Leadership in the theatre department, and the Best Stage Manager award for Workshop 2002 & 2003.
Sarah has worn many hats at many theatres in her native Cleveland as well as in Cincinnati, including carpenter, electrician, stage manager, lighting designer, scenic designer, and currently, Box Office Manager at Ensemble Theatre of Cincinnati, where she was the administrative intern in the 2002-2003 season. Sarah is thrilled to be working with League of Cincinnati Theatres as Treasurer.

Tracy Macmorine
Secretary
Tracy Macmorine is the Assistant Director of Operations in the Department of Performing Arts at Xavier University. She has served as Educational Programs Manager at The Educational Theatre Association, and Theatre Coordinator at the Cincinnati Museum Center, where she wrote, directed and produced more than 35 theatre pieces designed to both educate and entertain the museum visitors.
Tracy has taught Creative Dramatics in schools and arts centers throughout the tri-state, and has also coached many HS students for university theatre auditions. She holds a B.F.A. in Dramatic performance from UC’s CCM, and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Education (Multi-Cultural Literature for Children) at Xavier University.

Rob Bucher
Webmaster
Rob Bucher has been involved with local theater for over 20 years. He created and served as webmaster for the Cincinnati Theatre Web for seven years until it merged into www.CinStages.com where Rob volunteers as content editor. By day, Bucher is the calendar/directories product manager for Cincinnati.Com.
