Village Players Celebrates 40 Years of Charitable Giving
with Its Spring Show Dial "M" for Murder

Fort Thomas, KY - Village Players of Ft. Thomas is celebrating its 40th Season with the spring performance of Dial "M" for Murder with proceeds going to a local charity.

Dial "M" for Murder, by Frederick Knott and directed by Dennis Schwendemann is a murder-mystery about a husband who schemes to have his rich wife killed. It seemed like the perfect crime. However when the killer gets murdered and the victim survives, everyone will be surprised at how the tables are turned.

In 1967, a group of local theater enthusiast formed Village Players of Ft. Thomas and pledged to donate the proceeds of its spring show to a Northern Kentucky charity. To date, more than $50,000 have been sent to many local charitable agencies, including Brighton Center, Salvation Army, and Camp Sunshine. The theater continues the tradition with Dial "M" for Murder and encourages local theater fans and those new to theater to attend one of the performance and help a Northern Kentucky charity.

Dial "M" for Murder opens Friday, April 20, and runs through Saturday, April 28.
